LA County is piloting a Land Bank to help jumpstart permanent affordable housing production. They are looking to acquire underutilized lots across LA County in areas where infrastructure investment is increasing the risk of displacement that would be great sites for permanent affordable housing. Is there one in your neighborhood? Do you want to help make housing happen there?

We are inviting individuals, community-based organizations, religious institutions, developers, or property owners to submit parcels to be evaluated and potentially acquired.
